Highly recommend this place. They are thorough and caring, always looking out for your pet’s best interest. When we sadly lost our beloved dog last summer, they were not only compassionate but they went way out of their way to help us and comfort us and did everything they could to make him as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. You could not ask for a better place to take your beloved pet.

Do not recommend. Came with my border collie that had a nail problem for over 10 days without healing itself. The vet barely examined him, didn't find the nail problem at the first time, I had to tell her which nail was it. After finding she didn't look through to see what was the problem or even cut the hair around to take a better look at the injury, she prescribed what I was told to be antibiotics and pain killers for 5 days with no treatment to the injured nail itself. This consultation cost me £120 for 10min consultation and a few tablets of medicine. My dog didn't improve after this consultation and I decided to look for another vet. For my surprise the new vet told me I was given two different antibiotics and no pain killer. And was also surprised the nail was not examined and treated. His nail was in such a bad shape it had to be completely removed. I'm never returning to Vets4Pets. They have not only a bad service but also charge ridiculous amounts of money. Any other proper practice doesn't charge that much and are much better and more transparents with your dogs treatment.

I called after my puppy suddenly became unwell with a high temperature and change in behaviour. Although getting through on the line was tricky as it was very busy, I was so grateful with the receptionists response and ability to get my pet seen within the hour. Thank you

Vets4Pets Charlton has always been a great vets surgery. Having used them for years, we return because of the friendly nature of the staff, their dedication to wanting to help and their knowledge. 1 point for improvement - there were over 9 people stood around the counter at 6:15pm. Some had no masks on and didn’t attempt to distance around one another. Whilst that isn’t the practice’s fault - perhaps more could be done around the desk or stickers on the floor to request that 2m distancing is adhered to. Especially given the rise in cases.

Rebecca Walsh was brilliant She looked after our cat and explained what the issue was. What medication she would need and how much it would cost. Our cat did not seem stressed at all after our visit so we thank Rebecca for that
