Blackheath Vets are fantastic, and we are so pleased we found them when moving to Greenwich! Our dog is 14 years old, really special to us, and they have managed to put us at ease and solve most of her ailments after years of misdiagnosis elsewhere. We feel like she is in the safest hands. All of the vets here are visibly really passionate about animals and treating them. I can’t give enough praise :)
I highly recommend blackheath Veterinary practice, excellent well trained friendly staff .
We have been going to this practice, mainly to Alan van Heerden, BVSc, MRCVS, for 5 years for our two standard poodles. We cannot speak highly enough about this vet and the whole practice. Across the board, the vet’s knowledge, skill and understanding, the ability to explain things to clients, the good judgment when considering different options for treatment, and the quality of all the support staff (nurses and receptionists, especially Ashley, Chloe and Kim whom we deal with a lot) make this a truly exceptional practice. We use it a lot because both our dogs have long-term problems. Also, now, in the worst of the coronavirus pandemic for London, we continue to visit it frequently (aged 67 and 72) and have no qualms at all thanks to the flawless care the practice is taking to ensure clients’ safety.
They are super and saved my kitten’s life. The vets there are very professional and with years experience. They cured my kitten immediately who was having very bad diarrhoea. Now my kitten is healthy and grow fast because of the good care by them. Your pets will be in good hands too. Highly recommend!
Great vets. Will always find an appointment for you when needed. Staff are very friendly. Our dog is always terrified and they do their best to calm her down. Would definitely recommend
