Twice I've had to call and visit at short notice when my puppy was taken ill. On each occasion everyone was understanding, supportive and sympathetic to my concerns. This Saturday Lucy and the receptionist were amazing, being incredibly helpful to me and gentle with my puppy. Thank you!
All your staff are knowledgable, friendly and polite. You don't seem suggest unnecessary treatment. Your surgery has a nice feel to it.
Emily and the team were brilliant especially considering tier 4 had only been announced the night before we came in at 9.40 am.
I love this vet's, it's really nice and clean and always quick to get an appointment, the staff are all absolutely lovely, and super nice to my dog Ed which is the main thing!
First time ever we had to visit emergency vet. Very clean and tidy. We had the great pleasure to have our little bunny looked after by a professional vet who was very understanding, polite, attentive and an absolute star! Not sure of his name (Konstantinos?)
The reason of giving just one star feedback is our first impression, and the nurse who took us early in the morning on Sunday 25/10/2020. Rude, restless, inattentive, unprofessional and clearly unsatisfied with her job! My partner was with me and we were fully aware that only one person was allowed in( Covid measures) My partner was ready to wait outside, but was invited in by the nurse, who was very unhappy we are both inside (why would you invite her in at first place?) and did not miss the opportunity to mention it 3 times before even asking how is our very ill pet doing! Did not even say good morning! Will not mention how she took our pet when we handed him to her! Zero manners, zero professionalism! Will NEVER return there until I know she doesn’t work in the clinic anymore! Will never remove my feedback until I know she doesn’t work there! Well done to the rest of the incredible team, please accept my apology for giving you a low rate! This woman who “greeted” us this morning puts your effort, energy and hard work down the drain!
