All staff very polite and helpful. Very thoughtful when faced with difficulties, none of their making.
I had Mike come out to do a report on whether the property was suitable for another occupier (VISA stuff), he was polite, professional, good sense of humour and worked quickly.

Booked a viewing for 12:15 on the Saturday after 20 minutes of waiting had to leave tried ringing 5 times with no answer, safe to say not using again
