I would like to Thank John Francis for all their help. They have a friendly, professional, helpful and polite team, who go out of their way to help you. Their accommodating mannerisms are what you should receive from estate agents, unfortunately not many estate agents around our local area even come close to the service we received from John Francis. I would like to especially thank the manger James for all his hard work and dedication to customer service, thank you for your help. We did not rent a property with John Francis on this occasion but they will be our first choice for the future. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

We recently moved to Pembrokeshire from the West Country - the vendor used John Francis, in Haverfordwest to market their property. Our purchase was moving along nicely until Covid/lockdown hit. A hugely difficult time for everyone. We had no need for some time to speak to anyone regarding our move, but a few months down the line I spoke to Aiden, who was extremely helpful/professional. Nearing our completion we spoke with Amy, the Branch Manager, who went out of her way to get things moving and making us feel supported. She also was very helpful with phone calls to our solicitor, at a time when things had started to pick up again, in Pembrokeshire. Nothing has been too much trouble - phone calls and emails to keep us updated, and also Amy coming to see us shortly after we moved in. We would highly recommend this Branch of John Francis. The staff have been great from the outset, and a credit to the company they work for. I hope we never have to move again, but if we did we would market our home with this branch. Thank you Amy, and your Team - you have been awesome towards us 😊👍

I would most certainly recommend John Francis and the fantastic team I had in Haverfordwest! Poppy, Amy and Alex were incredibly helpful and supported me through. They answered all my questions and helped me through any concerns regarding delays. They were all super friendly and approachable. Dominic as my Mortgage advisor took me through every step of obtaining a mortgage professionally but also explained every aspect. He also was very friendly and full of enthusiasm! Thanks everyone for your help, support and positivity in helping me to have my first home! :D
