I would highly recommend Redditch Vehicle Hire. The vehicle (Luton Van) was brand new and drove like a dream. Everything we needed was supplied including straps and blankets. Chris was really helpful, and accommodating with our change of date due to the house purchase being delayed. Although not in a rush to move again, we will definitely be hiring any further vehicles through Redditch Vehicle Hire.

Absolutely brilliant! I cannot describe how the man has saved my life on bank holiday weekend! I had a van booked in 2 weeks in advance in one of the "best", "worldwide" "leading in industry" company just to be informed by them 2 hours before the move that my van is actually unavailable... And that's where RVH came in to action, my sister called the company to say how bad we were treated by the other company, the owner of the business gave us a call 2 hours later to.say that he has got the van and I can pick it up in an hour! Absolute legend of a man! If that's not enough for you, it was bank holiday weekend, I wasn't the only one who was turned down by "E", there was also a huge number of people calling every van hire around(trust me I know because I called them all) and the owner gave me an absolutely beautiful deal on the hire! He could easily turn around and say any price and he would easily find someone who would pay that, but he didn't! If I ever need a van again I will drive all the way from Chester to hire from RVH! Absolute gem in this nasty world! Keep it up!

Great service from this local company. Van was of the highest quality. It was easy to collect and drop off. Everything was explained without feeling patronised will definitely use again when we need a van.
