used R’ditch shop for years but Bromsgrove is more local now I am never let down by the customer service here there is a young couple who I’m assuming are together or good friends sorry if I am wrong. who work there who I am most of time served by the chap James helps me carry heavy items to the van or goes into detail about products I am unsure of, and the young lady who is always very polite at the till. always laughing, it’s nice to see what a great team this shop is. Would Recommend 👍🏼Social distancing rules stuck to well

I used to visit Screwfix until Toolstation popped up next door. My first visit staff were very welcoming and polite. Since then I always go to Toolstation first as the staff are always helpful about my enquires as I’m not very knowledgable when it comes to DIY. Overall great experience.

Fantastic Staff a credit to Toolstation, always helpful, friendly and never had a bad experience. Being a Plumbing and heating engineer we often need materials out of the usual 9-5 (Mon-Fri) working hours and these always seem to have items in stock at a fair price. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Went to screwfix and tool station was next door. I was able to speak with a member of staff safely and explain what I wanted. The lady found items in the book as my phone wasn’t working and I was able to purchase the items cheaper than at screw fix. Staff were brilliant and the social distancing measures are excellent a credit to tool station
