Helpful staff for a large branch. This store has lots of choice and mostly things don't seem to move around making easy to get to a particular department. I needed lightbulbs on my most recent visit and they were easy to find. There's a self service check out which could do with being clearly designated as it looks the same as the regular tills. The shop was a actually much quieter compared to how I was expecting but maybe other reviews here have put people off. My visit was just fine.

I hate to give one star when the staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. However. I has made a specific trip to find an item. I firstly checked the website to make sure it was in stock. It showed in green that "plenty" where available. Upon arrival I was told that not where in stock and hadn't been for more than a week. You have no option of ringing a store prior to arrival. Just the check stock feature. Location is on the high Street but most of the parking is not close. Its located at the other end of the parade.

I got to wilko for all I need from shampoo to paint . It is a very clean store and the staff are friendly and helpful with my inquiries

I personally find this great for university shopping if you're moving away from home. There's a good chance you will find most of the essentials here. Bedroom, kitchen etc.
