Great service from start to finish. I called for an emergency apt, abscess. Was advised by Jack on reception the dentist would call me back. Jack was very kind and patient. He called me back after speaking to Dr Prasad asking me to go in for my apt. I was seen quickly, professionally, with empathy. Great service as always. Thank you so very much.

Had to wait a few weeks to be seen as I was a new patient but WOW well worth the wait..Thanks to Faye on the reception who really bent over backwards to accommodate my picky appointment times. My dentist (can’t remember his full name but his surname started with ‘Z’) and his nurse Emma were just so kind and caring. What a lovely bunch, they made a very nervous lady feel at ease. Be back for my 6 month check up next year.

My Dentist is a Covid safe place with wonderful staff. Stracy the hygienest gets a special mention for her thorough and professional matter. She makes you feel at ease.

Terrible service when you have problems even thought your polite and go out your way to be nice to them , very rude on phone on each occasion even the dentist herself had no sympathy ,I had a large filling come crown which was half my tooth come out on a Monday night , I rang up as soon as the surgery opened and was promised a call at 11 to tell me what time dentist could phone me as that’s what they do first , I thought fair enough by 2pm no call so I phoned Back and very Rudely again told don’t know nothing About it phone again tomorrow , I did that and told next morning dentist would phone lunch time nothing so phoned again then not long after the dentist phoned ,I explained what’s happened and that I had an open wound and she said can’t do any thing till week Monday which was now 12 days away , the next morning I rang up in pain sore tongue being cut by sharp edges after a rude chat again I was told nothing can be done till week Monday I said I just need the sharp edge sorting for now all I got was can’t do anything ring 111 see what they say . My wife moved from this surgery a year ago because of same sort of thing and kept saying come to hers I just left it thinking it’s ok even though I not been happy since it was took over , this was the final straw I rang up my wife’s dentist and guess what I went same day had problem temporary sorted and the day I should be going to have my pain stopped at archer road , I will have had the temporary fix done , the tooth permanently sorted and a hygienist , that’s three appointments before archer roads emergency one , and I tell you what my new one is so polite and reception team and they have much more modern equipment , so do not go to archer road my dentist surgery at all you have been warned !!!
