I am a big fan of Costa Coffee but after visiting the Worcester High Street branch I was appalled at the customer service received by Carla, I ordered on the App before getting to the Coffee Shop. When I arrived at the shop I approached the ordering point to request 2 baby Chino drinks as these aren't on the app to order. Carla looked at me and very rudely said ''so you've ordered on the app to beat the queue'' and told me I basically should have ordered in store rather than on the app... correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that the point of the app? Safe to say I won't be using that branch again

The downstairs area is a little cramped but upstairs is comfy and warm. Drinks are tasty too

Tasty coffee and a good range of other drinks and food, the surroundings are very good and good music is played quietly whilst your order is being prepared, looking forward to when you can sit down inside to enjoy your drink !!!

Staff were selectively pushy about Covid-19 arrangements, first they are getting people to move to stand on the dots on the floor as we have to stay 2m apart, then they are literally squeezing delivery drivers and staff behind us to get to the delivery boxes at the front of the store, I felt that start were rude to children who had used the toilet, asking if they had bought anything yet, telling them how they are only for paying customers in front of others, the father was in the queue spending his money, they didn't even let the kids explain their dad was buying their stuff... only having one toilet in use with no toilet roll want great either, my wife is pregnant and we were sat next to the toilets, but had to wait for other people to be fetched to use them as people were not allowed to queue near the toilet area... Should reduce the number of seats in shop to give proper space to customers if they are going to preach Covid rules to people and treat us like customers not vermin invading their space
