Couldn’t fault them. My truck broke down just before Christmas and I needed it for deliveries. I got to the branch just before they were closing and Dan went above and beyond to find me the right vehicle. Will definitely be back. Hopefully this customer service is recognised!

Paid for the hire of a Luton van for house move. The night before my 8am pick up, I get a call to say its not available (apparently damaged). not to worry, there will be a replacement at 10am, which I could cope with. 9:30am, I get a call to say the replacement won't be available as they've hired it out for another day, GREAT! They can collect another Luton from another branch, but it won't be back until 12-1 ish. Anyone moving house knows this is usually the time of exchange. I managed to get a small van off them so I could get things moving whilst I wait until 1 for the replacement to arrive. 2:30 the van arrives! Too late by then, I've already had to arrange for a removals company to do the job. I was issued a 'refund' for the difference in van sizes... Currently 34 days and counting waiting for my refund. Would avoid at all costs!! lesson learned, spend that little bit more and use someone who cares about their reputation.

Very poor customer service and very expensive! If you do decide to use them, don’t phone to make a booking as the price will be much higher than the online quoted price at the same time. They don’t tell you this when they take the booking. I overpaid by £100 because of this on a 4day rental. I also waited in for a collection that didn’t happen, then was charged on my bill for the extra day. They don’t call you back when they say the will. They’re certainly not interested in good customer service. Unfortunately I used Enterprise several times before realising just how much I was being ripped off. Other local vine hire companies were half the price for the same period and same vehicle type. If you need a van, Shop around, Enterprise and particularly Worcester Branch will rip you off. The money will be taken from your card before you get your invoice and realise the price difference between what’s quoted and what they charge. They don’t phone you back as promised and have no intention of resolving payment discrepancies! My intention had been to use them regularly but poor customer service and outrageously overpricing and over charging has lost them my future business and if you take my advice it will lose them yours !

The lady that dealt with me was very friendly helpful and efficient. The van was great. Clean and also economical. Need somewhere to park customer vehicles over night. Very limited space.

Was very wary as read the poor reviews, but we had a really good experience with enterprise, ev one was very helpful an friendly, booked online but rang with queries and they were so helpful. We arrived on the hire day and had a Mercedes Vito was lovely, husband enjoyed driving it, on the return day someone came an checked the vehicle over, and within a few days our deposit was given back, we will be using them in the future for sure 👍 thanku to ev one at enterprise.
