I have used Jukes for over 35 years for home and motor insurance. They are great at finding competitive quotes and make the process of renewing very simple. On the odd occasions I have had to claim, they have steered the whole process. All in all, I haven't bothered to check alternative quotes as I trust Jukes and enjoy their friendly service. Since discovering Jukes via a comparison website looking for better building and contents insurance, they have served us very well. They do the research before renewal and find competitive quotes; send through all documentation for perusal and alteration if necessary; are there to answer questions and queries by phone or email; arrange finance if not paying in a lump sum each year; plus legal expenses insurance and emergency cover all at very reasonable rates. They are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.
