I had a very cherished silver bracelet that I had from a trip to Lourdes, it was a decade of the Rosary, which snapped. I was absolutely gutted. The lady managed to repair it but unfortunately it snapped again in days in a different place! I went back and the lady put extra clips on the bracelet to improve its stability, she did not charge me, she says she remembered how special it was to me, so kind of her ♥️ absolutely phenomenal customer service! Highly recommend, they have done other repairs in the past too, which I am very happy with.

I went to 2 different jewellery shops in Bromsgrove High St to repair my watch strap, both of them took one one look and said that they could not fix it. I went to K Hassan jewellery shop and was pleasantly welcomed by Denise and Gaby, Denise goes " I love a challenge" . I came back later and the strap was like brand new again. All this for a small charge. I would definetely recommend them to anyone, they were very friendly and professional. 10/10 👍🏽
I have been using K Bassam Jewellers based in Bromsgrove for several years now. I’ve had white gold rodium plated and had high end watches repaired there also. Nothing is too much trouble. Whether it is just a quick battery change or something more complex. Pieces were repaired swiftly and at a reasonable price.They have some beautiful items for sale. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
