To begin with he turned up to give me a quote (unlike others in his trade). He then followed this up by updating me whenever there were delays in his current job that could impact the start of mine (good customer care) Zach did a great job on painting and decorating the front of my house including sorting out my old weathered balcony. I would highly recommend his services.
