I was not a client but was on the other side of a Equity Release Conveyancing Transaction. Lorna Ganley of Thomas Horton, claims on the companies website to deal with Equity Release Conveyancing. On a very simple and straightforward matter after 7 weeks she turned around and said she was not (one assumes qualified) able to act in the matter. A further month on Lorna Ganley has not had the courtesy to reply to my email. It is not the way that i think business is best conducted.
