I and my family have used mfg for conveyancing on several occasions. Jane Morley is brilliant, no procrastination, responds to queries straight away. I live in Wales but still use mfg. Wouldn't use any other.

Supported me through a troubling time with my business. MFG were always on hand to offer advice and Sarah Coyne (Bromsgrove) performed excellently. Hopefully I will not need the services of MFG soon in a professional capacity, however I would not hesitate to appoint them again should the need arise.

Awful, rude attitude, I was a first time buyer and had to keep chasing for help and advice, I officially complained about the service and attitude I received from Beverly Clinton on several occasions. The responses I received were absolutely dire, the grammar alone was embarrassing! They took over 6 months to respond to my complaint (when it should be within 8 weeks!) They even included file notes moaning about me as a client. Apparently I was demanding as I kept asking questions and I also 'didn't get the point' even though I was simply asking about where we were and what happens next! I didn't realise as a paying client you are not allowed to ask more than 1 question when paying for a service! A company that is unapologetic and robotic! I decided to send payment as I was fed up of having to deal with such a rude company (far from the 'client care' they promise on their website!) and they took 11 days to actually process the payment and then to add insult to injury I had to chase them yet AGAIN for a receipt, then they couldn't even get that right and sent one out to my old address even though they had sent previous correspondence to my correct address! Absolute shambles of a so called professional company! Please save yourself any stress or upset especially when buying a property and keep well away!!
