Zoe was the lead for both purchasing and selling houses for me. She was absolutely brilliant! Extremely approachable, she made me feel at ease right from the start of the process. She was very efficient, and kept me abreast of the whole process – explaining things in Layman’s terms instead of the legal jargon. If there was anything I didn’t understand, I felt comfortable contacting her and asking for further clarification so that I wasn’t left worrying. I would certainly recommend Zoe for all conveyancing needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her if I move house again.
We employed them to purchase our first home, we were assigned to Farwa she was amazing, however she left the firm 3 weeks before completion.
Her replacement Zoe, was very unresponsive, not responding to emails or telephone, considering that she was just supposed to keep us updated with the final steps, and considering that Farwa the prevoius solicitor completed the transaction 95% of the way, her service was not up to Farwa's
standard.
