Roxy Bailey Bradshaw and her team conveyed my house sale most efficiently. First purchaser withdrew after more than 4 months of wasting our time with endless stupid questions. Second purchaser was serious and sale completed in just over 2 months. Fees were very reasonable and bill contained no nasty surprises. Exemplary, totally professional throughout. Support team at front of office always helpful and courteous. The day I went in there was a distressed, very recently bereaved elderly lady who'd come to the wrong office, Northfield no longer handling probate. Difficult situation managed with real care, concern and kindness. I'd certainly use this firm again and I recommend them to others.

Three days ago we completed on the sale of my parents home. All this was done in approximately 5 weeks!!!!! We have had first class service from David Bunn Solicitors from the first phone-call to the Northfield Branch. Leanne Calvey was conveyancing on our behalf and worked tirelessly to achieve a completion date as soon as possible, to enable my elderly parents an easy and stress-free sale of their home. We were updated throughout the process and if I queried anything it was dealt with immediately and a response given. I cannot thank Leanne Calvey & James Bunn enough for all of their efforts in ensuring this sale was completed in the shortest amount of time.
