I have used Astwood Law a few times and I would highly recommend then. We have just compleated on a property purchase which had to go through this week. If it wasn't for Nishad this would not have happend. There were alot of difficulties with the land registry title and the banks lending criteria which was not helped by the solicitor on the other side not knowing how to resolve them. Nishad was amazing and sorted all the issues and chased the other side to make sure they were doing their job. One thing I really like about Astwood law is how open and transparent they are. I was copied into lots of emails so I always knew what was going on. If I had any questions I could pick up the phone or email and I would alway get a quick response. I beleive if you are spending your hard earned money on a house it is worth spending a bit extra and using a really good solicitor to protect your investment. That is why I would happily recommend Nishad and the team Astwood Law.
