Had to have my parcel redelivered which is fine so I chose the option to get it delivered to my local post office for Wednesday got there for midday and it wasn't even there was told they still waiting for it. What the point of saying a date and not being able to have it for that date. There should be a time to let you know wat time to go after or it should be there the day before ready. wasted journey and will still have to pay the 75p

What wonderful staff always friendly and keen to help and advise even during the first lockdown when they were front line workers they always did with a smile on there faces use them regularly and always a pleasure to pop in keep up the great work guys

Seem to wait for ages in the queue while the staff chatted amongst themselves then eventually was helped but no BRP - staffer was helpful by telling me to contact UKGOV again...after a wasted trip from Worcester by train. UK Gov said BRP will be held until collected but this evidently was not the case. Phone number not answered so why have it, hire more staff to offer the service - even at minimum wage - ill do it for now, oh no i cannot because i don't have my BRP ! No BRP no NI number, no evidence and right to work etc Please publish a email address so people could mail instead of phoning and wasting time to see if their BRP's have arrived then you can answer in a acceptable time. Ive tried phoning a number of times over the past few weeks and no answering !
