Excellent service. Pleasant & polite. Always makes sure you are happy with the product you are purchasing. They do not try to sell you something you don't need or just the most expensive. They advise you and offer what is best for you! They treat you as if you are their only customer. Great personal service Highly recommended. I Wont go anywhere else now for my prescription glasses.

I don't normally do online reviews, however I feel completely compelled to share my own personal experiences with this firm of opticians ( INDIVIDUAL EYE'S, INDEPENDANT OPTICIANS IN WORTHING ). Most of my dealings were over the phone with a lady called Sarah, she was brilliant, extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. My new glasses arrived on Saturday 17th June 2017, and they are amazing ( I can see again ). This firm dealt with me, & treated me like a proper human being, and there customer service was friendly & outstanding, this I find is hard to come by in this modern world. I just wish they had more stores & where local. I gladly recommend these opticians. very, very happy to use them again in the future. Thank you very much.
