I'm not a review person but for these jokers I made an exception...One star is too much for this company, within 6 weeks of taking out the policy I was in a no fault accident where my car was written off! I was unable to 'cancel' the policy, as I was told and had to keep paying the premiums until the claim was resolved. 16months later I receive an email advising the claim is settled so I call to enquire about the return monies. This call lasted 2 hrs and 25 minutes but only 5-10 minutes was talking to the operators that I was being passed around to. The final conversation informed me that £399 and pence was to be returned and would be in my account in 28 days. Several weeks later no money but a call from them came asking for bank details stating it would be in within 7 days. 10 days later money from their company shows up in my account to the tune of £226 and pence. When I called to ask about the discrepancy in payments, the operator agreed the policy was £399 and pence but I had a cancellation and admin fee charge! And that by his notes in front of him I was told the £226 figure.....really ???? where did I get that figure from then if I wasn't told it?... Poor customer service, can be on a waiting answer service hours before your call is answered, its a nightmare situation having to call them! Poorly trained operators that talk to you like they hate their job and can't be bothered Incorrect information given No clear or consistent communication defiantly not value for money. Advice from someone with experience of this group DO NOT USE! you will regret it as many reviews already posted here suggest... sadly some will keep lining their pockets because the cheaper quotes reel you in.. Live and Learn! if not being in a crash where you car is totalled and your life turned upside down is bad enough.. your held to ransom and forced to continue paying a premium your told you cannot cancel only to have cancellation and admin fees robbed from you! An absolute disgrace I only wish these people felt shame...

Absolute Micky mouse company, please anyone thinking about taking insurance with these cowboys DONT, got insurance with them and they asked for my NCD and driving licence which is clean, 6 days later they cancelled my policy but took £98 initial payment then today they’ve took £44.50 payment out my bank even tho they cancelled my policy 4 weeks ago 😡 Been on the phone now for 1 1/2 hours trying to get through to customer service.. scam company stay clear, only gave a 1 star as there is no 0

After 10 years of careful driving without any issue, I decided to have an insurance with Autosaint with the blackbox. They cancelled my policy after just 2 months because their blackbox stated that I exceeded the speed limit once. This is clearly a way to cash hundreds of pounds of cancellation expenses that they retain. I confirm the other bad reviews as this company just aim to squeeze money in any possible way easily and without excessive commitment. Fortunately I already found other companies with even lower prices on their quote for me, I was been very stupid to choose this one, attracted by their misleading pricing offer.

Sadly my husband died the end of August this year and his car insurance was with them. He'd taken it out at the end of July. Numerous phone calls to cancel the insurance and claim a refund and they say they can't find a policy to be able to cancel!!!! Fortunately I have a paper copy and I was advised by them to email the policy and death certificate. I've now emailed twice over two months and had no response except to confirm they have received the email. Phone calls are not answered. Dreadful customer service, completely inept. Unfortunately you can't post without giving a star.

This company are an absolute JOKE !!!!! insured my vehicle then I downloaded NCB. driving license and DVLA proof of clean license then two weeks later they send an E-mail stating they are canceling my policy as I have not complied with the information they requested. nobody on the phone at the other end and E-mail not being answered. they should be struck off for life and go and work in an industry better suited to them. I only gave them 1 star as there is no 0..........
