Lovely reception staff with a caring tone to there voice and dental surgeons who make you feel relaxed and safe And you leave with literally I smile on your face
Seems very unfair to give away my emergency appointment that I had to book well over a month ago after several attempts to make an appointment over the duaration of several months. Was given to somebody else when I was 7 minutes late- when on my appointment card it states that an appointment is a 20 minute duration... didn’t receive a call or anything to say that they would give away my appointment, was slightly delayed due to traffic and now I’m expected to carry on living my life with infected gums, again probably for months. They clearly let somebody else have my appointment when said persons appointment wouldn’t have been for at least another 13 minutes. I will have to find an emergency dentist when I can find myself another day off.
From the moment I went in I felt at ease. Lovely receptionists, and the dentist and lady who assisted him were just brilliant could not fault anyone thank you
I had my first wisdom tooth out they look after me very professional this is their best dentist in the world and the staff at reception when you book appointment they are very polite and respectful 100% I would recommend to all the people go for this dentist
Absolutely love this dentist, i am such a nervous patient and they really have taken the time with me. I have had bad experience with dentist before but I'm so glad that i have now found a dentist that truly cares
