Was a new customer needing an emergency appointment for a replacement filling and was very impressed with the efficiency of the reception staff and the speed at which they booked me in to see someone. However, my issue is with the actual dentist who was rough and careless enough to slice a gash into the inside of my cheek while grinding down the filling. No apology, just an offhand acknowledgement that he 'nicked' my cheek as we watched the suction tube turn pink with blood, and my eyes stream from the discomfort. I am now left with an open wound in my cheek that I can fit my tongue into and an unpleasant throbbing pain. Needless to say I will not be returning to pay for the pleasure of further butchery.

I'm not local to Worcester, I travel 35mins by car to this surgery because I was sent here by my local dentist for specialist treatment. I felt at ease here having suffered anxieties I needed a practise who would help me feel comfortable in the dentist chair. It's the worst feeling ever when you suffer an attack and I've not had one here. My gum problems are under control now and there is improvement, I feel comfortable smiling too. Thanks to Paul, Karen and the lovely hygienist assistant for the wonderful treatment.
