This is the same solicitor as appears in Bournville, Birmingham. I have left a review for him there as well. David brings both years of experience and tireless commitment to his work, and this proved invaluable during our house purchase when moving from a shared ownership new-build to a century-old cottage. He is extremely efficient and knowledgeable, without which qualities our purchase would likely have taken much longer to process until completion. He is just the sort of person you would want representing you in a chain. He has also worked on Lasting Power of Attorney for my family and has applied the same professionalism to that. I can't recommend him highly enough.
