What a fabulous organization! Several times now they've stepped up to any challenge for a cake design my wife and I have given them; from birthdays to special occasions. The recipients loved them! We've had special cat paw birthday cakes, sewing designs and, more recently, a cake in the shape of the After Eights clock with peppermint cream for a birthday. We can't recommend them enough. They're creative, superb quality, the delivery is on point, the cakes are amazing, the staff helpful and friendly, and the cake chefs / designers are incredible. Please, if you haven't ordered from them before, do so this year. You won't be disappointed!

I order my cakes from New Cakes every single occasion I have. From birthdays to Halloween and then they have started making treat boxes so I don’t even need an excuse. Every single person who has tried any of their cakes has expressed how delicious they are. The range of flavours and fillings you can chose from also is amazing. Delivery has always been right on time. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. They truly appreciate the custom and you can tell they take pride in every single product made.

Used New Cakes for the first time in July for my daughters birthday and were so impressed we ordered another bespoke cake. From start to finish the staff are so helpful and want to create your perfect cake. The attention to detail and artistry is mind blowing. For this cake, we gave them an idea and they made something that surpassed our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Don't worry if you don't live nearby - we don't and everything is so well packed even the delicate bits of construction arrived intact.

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. I liaised with staff on the decoration as I wanted a bespoke design. My cake arrived the day promised and I loved it as did my daughter. The design (sewing theme) exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully made and better still it tasted so good. This was a lock down family only celebration so having it delivered was a must. I am thrilled I was able to find New Cakes and would order from them again without reservation.

I came back to New Cakes to order another cake this year 2021, because they did a wonderful job last time when I ordered two cakes for my mum and dad’s joint birthday party. This year I ordered the cake late on the 4 of January 2021 and I needed it for a family member’s birthday on the 6th of January 2021. I was amazed with their excellent service, not only did they manage to do the design I requested perfectly but they were efficient too and the cake arrived on time the morning of the birthday which saved the day. The family member liked it so much and the taste was perfect too. The sponge was the red velvet with vanilla cream. We didn’t want to cut the cake as it was so beautiful and we just wanted to keep looking at it. We ended up cutting where the design wouldn’t be too distorted after cutting and left the rest for another day 😊
