The cakes are very light and fluffy and very delicious. The service is great and the staff are always kind whenever I go there. There is a wide range of flavours and designs as well
They not even deserve one star
the staff so bad, rude, not behaved, road people better than them.
today I been there at 12:15 pm the lady was there shouting at me in very bad way go out one at the time , they not put sign outside mentioned the one person at the time.
there is notice of two meters distance only!!
and there is space of more than two meters
their cakes are always old they laying about its made in same day, disgusting test and smelly
there are many cakes shops in slough high street

Visited the shop today and as well as previous occasions, still not impressed about the customer service in this branch. Lady at counter is never helpful and always abrupt when answer any questions. Instead of giving customer suggestions or alternatives for their order. Answer is always NO to everything. The tone when speaking to customers is rude.! Personally, I would be very worried for their management to have such a disengaged individual at their front counter serving customers.
NICE CAKES BUT DISAPPOINTING SERVICE
I come cake box regularly for birthday cakes ect and have always received excellent service (there's usually the same girl working there)... I just got served by a guy called Ram... Effing legend 💯😂... You know when you meet a random person during the day that puts a genuine smile on your face... He did that!! So yh, gotta rate the Langley cake box 💯
Nice clean shop pleasant staff a little pricey but really good quality cakes
