My laptop's internal screen cracked, emailed this place and got a response straight away! Went into the shop on the same day and a day later the screen was back to its perfect condition! Great value for money, excellent customer service, and I would return if I had any further issues with my laptop, Would recommend! :)
With a dead laptop I was just about ready to give up the will to live trying to get sense out of the 'Technical Support' from my computer retailer/ manufacturer. I knew Richard and Nick at Computer Solutions would sort it out though. No nonsense advice, great service, really know their stuff and a sensible price.
Basically, if the big computer retailer/manufacturing companies were only half decent they would have a lot of happy customers - but they aren't which is why I am more than happy to recommend Computer Solutions. They definitely saved my sanity today - and all my data!
I have known Richard since Cool Britannia, he's a diamond.
Go here and you will find old school customer service from a proper gentleman, he will tell you how it is and he won't let you waste money.
