I have waited nearly two weeks for my prescription. When I called in today (Saturday), I was told in person by the experienced female pharmacist that,due to the Pandemic the drug was no longer manufactured by anyone. She handed me back the script. At home I made only one phone call to Knights in Catshill. The lady pharmacist was extremely polite. She had only four in stock. I explained the situation. So whilst I waited, she confirmed four more with the manufacturer for me to pick on Monday. One wonders how this chemist in Barnt Green keeps trading with no supply from drug manufacturers. In a word, untrustworthy. I have now shared this post via email with my Barnt Green, GP.

I called at the pharmacy today and just missed the lunchtime closing. So, I went and found somewhere to while away half an hour until they re-opened (according to Google). Bang on 1:30pm the shutters went up and a lovely lady told me she couldn't let me in. When I asked why, she seemed reluctant to tell me. Almost embarrassed. It turns out that although they are 'supposed' to open at 1:30pm, the Pharmacist there decided to go off to the mosque. And took it upon himself to close the shop until 2:15pm. Completely wasted journey. I have had to go elsewhere for my prescription. If this shop is allowed to do this, I won't be going back there again. I live in the village and I respect all cultures and all religion. But this is a joke!

The Staff here and the main man Mo are awesome, almost makes it worth living with diabetes! They have really looked after me over the years. Great Team!

Took ages to come to the counter - even though five of them were in the back. Didn't have my medicine, didn't want to order it in and told me to go to my "usual" pharmacy. And this is my nearest pharmacy.
