Staff are very helpful and always cheerful. There is rarely a queue. They are a nice team. Keep it up, you are appreciated. Taken all steps for the customer safety. 3 people on a one time. You can park outside or there's a free car park. All disabled friendly.
Extremely polite, waited less than three minutes. First called on Saturday with delivery from the manufacturer over the weekend. I picked up today Monday.
Barnt Green Pharmacy had kept me waiting two weeks for this repeat prescription claiming that the drug wasn't available anymore from any manufacturer and blamed it on the Pandemic.
Great chemist, staff always friendly and helpful.
Staff are friendly but since new pharmacist and alot of new staff I have been having problems with getting my persricpitions nearly every time I go. I have the same script every week yet still it's either not done or hasn't been ordered, I am so frustrated that it hasn't improved even though I have brought it to their attention. Training is obviously needed,yet still all the staff are friendly and approachable I believe management have let them down. 16/3/2019 since this review was posted the issues that I raised have been quickly and efficiently rectified and I have had no problems and the staff have been pleasant and helpful, thank you kindly to you all.
Excellent service and the staff are splendid too.
