I recently spoke on the phone with a member of staff at this pharmacy and they were very helpful and friendly. They were able to clarify important information that my GP surgery left out. I know that they can be very busy at times but all staff I have spoken to have been very polite.
Even during a pandemic, this pharmacy can't be bothered to make hand sanitiser available on entry. Tells you everything you need to know. Do yourself a favour, go over the road.
In the 3 years of using this pharmacy, I have NEVER had a good experience, the counter staff need special training in customer relations. I feel like I am causing them a huge problem by asking for my prescription. The staff rarely greet the customer with a smile or hello, how can I help you! Which in this day and age is a key point in customer service. Please address this situation.
Awful pharmacy! if your going in expect at least a 45 minute wait even when you are the only one in there. I have lost count the amount of times they have lost my prescription - even when I’ve called up and they have confirmed it’s ready for collection! Always plenty of staff in there so I don’t know how they are so slow. Agree with other reviews they are all miserable, moody and so unhelpful! Customer service training is needed.
Absolutely terrible service from mostly uninterested staff who treat their customers with contempt. The blonde one is the worst, she looks like she has just sucked a lemon and is so rude and blames the doctors surgery for everything! Can someone tell me why they all lie? I for one will be using another pharmacy in future!
