Boots is a pharmacist, a chemist and a general retail store. The branch in Bromsgrove is part of a large chain. The shop sells medications. It sells cosmetics and beauty products. They also offer a good lunchtime "meal deal" with the sandwiches, drinks and food products that they sell. The customer service in Boots Bromsgrove has always been effecient and the pharmacist discreet.
Very good high St shop we must keep open
31st Aug 2020. Lady and male colleague held their conversation while serving me for cosmetics, including me having to wait untill they noticed me despite me standing in front of them. No pleases, no thank yous during the transaction. Made me feel invisible and unvalued. Boots Bromsgrove lost a customer today. Its not like its the cheapest option for makeup on the highstreet. Will go elsewhere.
Very good choice of gifts
All the shop staff are super friendly and helpful. Always buy my toiletries from here and if I can't get something then I can just order it next day delivery. Always my go to boots.
