Nothing like a wasted trip to a pharmacy who can't be bothered to update their lock-down opening times. Maybe I should have called - oh that's right they don't share that info online either.
It reminds me of all the occasions I've had to wait and come back for incomplete prescriptions. A true shower of ineptitude.
I'm sorry, but this people don't know what they are doing most of the time. Sending a wrong thing and than arguing that it was the right thing. They don't seem to see a difference between 2.5ml and 20ml !!?? They give out just a half of the order where the other half is still waiting in the corner for its better times. When you are trying to explain and get to the bottom of the problem they don't listen and act disrespectfully. I work I'vew severely disabled people for over 13 years and I've never experienced such disorganized and unprofessional pharmacy! Beware!
So incompetent. Not at all friendly. My partner over 70 queuing for quite sometime only to be told his prescription isn’t ready although requested last week and had it approved he now has to go again queue again and hope it’s ready. No apology. This is not the first time this has happened.
Useless, pick up prescription that should have been in the fridge. Pharmacist took it back, went round the corner changed labels and handed it back to me! Disgraceful.
Having complained last week, I received a telephone call and apology from the staff and felt much happier. On visiting the pharmacy today there were noticeable improvements. My presence at the counter was acknowledged and an assurance given that I would be seen soon. There was an index system in place for prescriptions and my husband's medicine had already been checked and was ready for collection.
