Great customer service and friendly staff. I've been using this shop for a few years since moving to the area and it is closest to my GP. Usually my doctor's surgery sends over the prescription fairly quickly so I can collect it without much of a wait. During 2020 the number of customers was limited to two and now three at any one time with yellow tape clearly marking where you can and cannot stand.

I have recently changed to Knights in Alvechurch Road from Boots due to poor availability and service ( see my review for Boots). The Knights staff are extremely friendly, customer focused and are a pleasure to deal with. I have collected 2 lots of prescriptions from Knights and the 13 items were all available ( not all run of the mill medication either) for collection on tbe afternoon on both occasions. Such a difference from Boots. Having received similar good service from Browns Chemist before moving home over the last 2 years both so called smaller chemists offer the customer a far superior quality of service, and understanding of the customers needs. Well done Knights I look forward to dealing with you for many years to come ( unfortunately).

I use this pharmacy regularly for my prescriptions. They are always polite, and the staff even hold doors open for me if I'm struggling! They are efficient with prescriptions and respectful of privacy. They carry a wide range of over the counter products as well. There is a small amount of seating for while you wait if you struggle with mobility as I do too.

I hate doing bad reviews but not only do their drivers drive like utter morons but I just went to pick up a prescription they were all very rushed with about 4 people behind the counter and the lady who served me was very short "there is a 20 minute wait" I said that was ok as I could go to Tesco she huffed and took my payment with no customer service what so ever, and no thank you. I felt like an inconvenience to them going in their. So unfortunately I will not go their again, I liked going their as I like to help out local business, so instead I will go to boots from now on.
