Rude and incompetent!
Visited under direction from our doctor to procure some vitamins for early pregnancy, told they will advice us on what should be taken.
"pharmacy assistant" was surprised a doctor would do so, even commented so..
After going to the back to talk to the pharmacist, she returns telling us to go grab some 400mg folic acid from the shop floor.
This is totalling ignoring the nuance in her tone and choice of words throughout our encounter.
Luckily there's another pharmacy around the corner with a trained
pharmacy assistant.
Out of stock of one of my prescription items and kindly offered to order in for 2 days time.
I'm guessing the girl was a trainee, but her customer service skills were awful. After explaining that I'd just walked over 2 miles to get there, so that most likely is why my blood pressure was a little over average, she only did one blood pressure reading and input it into the online system so I was rejected my prescription. She was unfriendly, didn't even smile and when asked if I could take another blood pressure test was told "Sorry, I've already typed it in now and can't change it". When paying £15 for an online service, you expect better customer service than that!
Worst customer service I have ever received in a pharmacy, prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, then when you have waited days they say they haven’t got the medication in stock, the staff appear not to care. Won’t use them ever again.
Don’t go here if you need your medicine to deal with serious conditions. Any mix up with your prescriptions and they would rather see you collapse in a coma than help you and mess up their books and profit margins. That’s after they ignore you for half an hour and then make you wait at least half an hour while they put one item in a bag and stick a label on. Worst pharmacy in the Midlands.
