A month ago, me and my friend decided to go to this salon, so we made appointment 5 days prior. When we came at our time (it was 14:30), assistant told us that our time is 17:30. Other assistant wrote our time wrongly, so we had to wait 3 hours! When we came at 17:30, we still waited till 18:15! All day was waisted. Assistant promised us to do some complimentary procedure after Easter to compensate this unpleasant issue; however, no one called us. Very unprofessional! However, the brow tint was cool. Good masters but very bad service.
Always an enjoyable experience. Magda greets you with the offer of tea or coffee before giving a most professional manicure. I really look forward to my monthly appointments and would highly recommend her services. The new salon is beautifully decorated and I look forward to trying out some of the new cosmetic procedures on offer.
Magda has been my nail technician for 2 years. She is absolutely wonderful. Magda is a perfectionist, and nothing is too much trouble for her. No matter what design I take to her, she is always able to recreate it. I would never go anywhere else.
If you are looking for immaculate artistry, look no further. Truly beautiful work, these ladies are perfectionists. Gorgeous Salon with relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. If you want professional results you won't be disappointed at Bluebell.
