I needed some insulin pen needles as we came away from home for the weekend without them. They would only allow us to buy a full box of 100. Being diabetic it is something we could not go without so being held to ransom by the lady at the counter we bought a box as it was slightly cheaper but more convenient than driving back home for ours. I found out afterwards they should have offered for us to fill a form in to get them free on a prescription! So much for caring for the community!
Very helpful Manager and staff, first class service.
Terriable service the woman behind the counter shouldn't be working in retail especially when people ill and need right medication unhelpful rude shouldn't be there i be making same complaint to head office
Phoned to ask for medication delivery at 9.15am today and got it at 11.45. That is just wonderful service. Cheers.!!!
Repeat prescription: if they haven't got your script they've always tried to get it for you within a few days
