Very poor customer service. Staff frequently contradict each other when providing information, service is incredibly slow and medicine is rarely in stock or prepared on time. Staff rarely take responsibility and will pass on blame to suppliers, nurses or doctors. Very unprofessional and rarely have I dealt with someone that was not discourteous. If the blame is always out of their control then why can other pharmacists do it much better?
I'd recommend to go more out of the way and visit Lloyds or Boots pharmacies instead as the quality of service has always been much better in my experience - only go here as a last resort!
Very friendly and helpful staff
Very poor services in these difficult times. Not helping my mum when she is having to self isolate and has received a letter from the government for shielding.
Very very slow service the worse ever came across
Probably the worst chemist in Redditch. Nothing is ready on time it takes them an hour to take something off the shelf and put it in a plastic bag. Why they cant use paper bags is unknown.
