1 week ago I agreed a price on a property based in Rubery, which I then received the sales pack from Arden estate agents agreeing the sale between myself and the seller. I proceeded to instructed my Solicitor to act on my behalf and also pay £300 for the property to be Surveyed I then received a call today explaining how another party had agreed a higher figure for the property and that I would need to up my offer or pull out... When I questioned the organisations professionalism and integrity i was told that the new buyer had just 'knocked on the door' and spoke to the sellers directly... the whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, I would never ever buy or sell from Arden Estate agents again they are unprofessional, untrustworthy and lack integrity.

Excellent service. After losing 4 buyers with a previous agent I changed to Arden and they found me a new buyer within 2 days and the sales was completed in 8 weeks after trying to move for 18 months. They had great communication and felt like the put my best interests at heart. Would definitely use again...although I don't plan on moving for a long time!!

I was selling my vacant house. While it was empty it looked a bit sad and run down. I was going to spend a lot to improve the look. The Arden agent said not to spend anything. Somehow they got the asking price and no expensive make over. I was very very happy. Arden know how to sell a house . Thanks
