Excellent Agency! I highly recommended Dunedin Sales & Lettings. All the staff are very friendly & professional & offer a great sevice from beginning to end. I felt the communication was great. Sadie on the sales team is fantastic, she always had my best interest at heart, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Maxine, Steph & Megan have also been great to deal with. Lovely team and would definitely use again!

Absolutely shocking service. Sadie very negative and insulted my partner, extremely unprofessional, didn’t listen to a word we said and told the seller a pack of lies! we had our offer accepted and then told 2 days later it was declined even though she said the seller really wanted to deal with us, we had email confirmation that she had accepted and that she liked us and also liked the fact we were local! Sadie got the facts completely wrong and after our offer was accepted, she then called the seller and told them we had to re-mortgage to buy this house which obviously made the seller nervous and change her mind! Completely untrue despite my partner explaining to her again and again that we were no chain and this wasn’t the case. She even got us down on the system and told the seller we were renting (which contradicts what she told the seller about us having to re-mortgage....) In actual fact my partner owns the house we live in and we can afford to buy a second house! SHE DID NOT LISTEN! She passed this false information and negative attitude on to the seller which has ultimately lead to us losing out on our dream house!! Ridiculous!! Our mortgage advisor also found this whole situation ridiculous to deal with. We provided all the necessary paperwork and so did our mortgage advisor so I am at a loss and shocked at what sadie told us she’s done! DO NOT DEAL WITH SADIE OR THIS ESTATE AGENT! They haven’t got your best interests at heart, she has completely messed this sale up for us...... but karma will prevail!

Maxine was a pleasure to deal with as was her team. Very clear and straight forward transition, also very honest and punctual in there response times which is important to me. Id use them again for sure. 10/10 thank you Dunedin Team.
