Thanks to Oulsnams for all their help and patience. We chose, in the end, not to sell our home, but Tim Jewkes was most understanding and offered great support. If the time comes in the future to change our location, we would have no hesitation in using this excellent company.

We brought a house through Oulsnam after having a particularly bad experience with another local estate agents. We honestly can not sing their praises enough. The entire team were so helpful, friendly and accommodating especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tim and Antoinette, thank you so much for everything, you both went above and beyond and it is really really appreciated. I am hoping that some clarity can be obtained with regard to whether the option of zero deposit as exercised by Oulsnams in their website dated 2018 is still available please . I was told by a representative of the organisation recently that this was a no no despite the landlord having no objection to the use of a security deposit..A matter that I raised recently ..So the question to Mr Andrew Oulsnam is can you confirm sir whether the option of zero policy is still available please ? Or not ? IF not then I may suggest respectfully that the website and automated advisor be updated as the impression is given that the option is up to the individual agents

Fantastic, friendly service and a credit to the Oulsnams group I can only say extremely positive things about the service we received from Oulsnams Bromsgrove, during the sale of my parents property Selling a house during COVID is not an easy process and the patience, professionalism and dedication of Oulsnams was second to none Tim Jewkes went above and beyond in terms of service and communication and ensuring all parts of a particularly difficult chain, moved in the right direction. His patience and constant professional manner. Aswell as explaining any intricacies of the sale process were a great support to myself and my family. Tim was a huge help and without him I’m not sure we would have got through the sale After selling my grandfathers property with another estate agent in the town 12 months ago , I can safely say if you are selling a property in the Bromsgrove region, Oulsnams is your only option The personable approach and fantastic customer service is an asset which shouldn’t be underestimated I can only thank Tim and the team for helping with what can be such a stressful process. 5 stars from me!!!
