We are so disappointed form the unprofessional experience with this company. We wanted to rent an apartment which we liked on the day of the viewing. We were told that it is given on first come first serve basis. We filled the required documents and sent money on the day of the viewing. The next day the agent said that she is busy and can not speak to us. After a while she called and said that the apartment will be given to other people and that she did not see our email from the previous day and the landlord decided to proceed with other people. Overall she kept us waiting the whole day in order to close the deal with other people. But she said that she is sorry and will return our money. Thank you for the great service.
I booked a viewing with them and got no Email or text confirmation with any details, so i called on the day 3 hours before to confirm myself and they said someone would be outside waiting for me. I left work in coventry drove to Birmingham only to find no one was there and no called me to let me know whats happening and the office phones on voicemail, left me waiting in the rain. Not professional, i would give minus figure ratings if i could.
Very professional group of lovely women.
