FANTASTIC !!! I don't know where is best to start .. Mitchell & Ellie have been so great. They have made the application process easy, simple and enjoyable. By far the best experience I have had with an agent throughout my letting experience. From the moment I spoke to Mitchell I can genuinely say he took the time to relate to what we was looking for, the availability and also just the incredibly warm and friendly approach from the moment he picked up the phone. Ellie has been wonderful she has answered my query's and she has been back and forth to me on the phone helping me complete the application in such good time. Meeting both of them in person was such a pleasure, instantly made us feel welcome and was just great to see two members of staff, take the time to get to know us and not just wanting us to get in and go which is the approach that most take unfortunately. Leaders should value their staff highly, without people like Ellie & Mitchell there is no heart to a company. More estate agents should lead from example on how professional, efficient, responsive and warming they have been. Knowing how lovely these agents are fills me with such confidence going forward. Highly recommend to both Tenants and Landlords and I am more than confident that I will not be looking to deal with another agency going forward. Thank you both so much Rebecca x

Looking for properties can be a daunting task especially in covid times. However Ellie did a fantastic job in making me feel at ease and was so professional throughout. The service I received was fantastic, no job was to big or small. I would definitely recommend.
