Wow!!! My husband, our little dog and I have just had the most amazing four days away in Frank. Ioan has been so helpful with any questions we have had as this is our first campervan holiday. Really easy pick up and straight into the beautiful Welsh countryside. Just breathtaking. Being December the weather was a little cold. But as soon as the sun sets and your shut inside the van, it takes literally a minute for the heating to kick in and it’s so cozy. There’s plenty of room to sit, loads of storage and the beds really comfy. We will definitely be back.

Had Genie for a split holiday between festival & camping by the river for a week. She was perfect for the festival and the addition of the loo & shower were brilliant! Struggled to find good storage space for our bags/clothing as space under back seats/bed taken up with tanks etc. Used the passenger seats to put our bags of clothes but not ideal to get access to them (only down side) and not a lot of room for extras like food if you plan on cooking a little. Would be perfect to use Genie with a small gazebo/awning to put some stuff out of the van (cool box etc.). Kitchen area really good quality fittings and lovely to use. Shannon & Leo really friendly, helpful and we had a thorough introduction to Genie before taking her out.

I have just handed Candy back after a week away in her. Had a really great time in the Shropshire Hills, wild camping...was sorry to have to give her back, in the end. Didn't use any campsites, but the van was great for wilding. And enough electrics (with solar panels) to keep all toys charged. A wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend - in fact, already have done.

Spent 4 days in Genie with a young family - it was tight as you would expect but the van kept us very warm and the kids loved the bunk beds. Leo answered all our questions and gave us some great places to stay - the views from one of the campsites in Wales were spectacular. We too had the problem with boiling water but we contacted Leo and he sorted that out. A very enjoyable trip for a first time camper van experience (the only thing I would say if you are a family of 4/5 go in summer - we had young kids and it was a bit chilly for them and while the van is well equipped and warm there is only so much you can do in it - our kids didn't want to leave the van as so toasty!)
