Lydia, Dan, and the rest of the team at Dixons Northfield come highly recommended. Our house went on the market quickly and sold within days thanks to their excellent sales team, and then the after-sales care was second-to-none. In the weeks that went by there were a few twists and turns in the process of the sale (none of which were Dixons' fault) but the team were excellent at keeping us in the loop, and it always felt like they had our best interests in mind. Dixons gave a first class servise, I was informed at all stages of the sale, the online portal is brilliant, they where able to find buyers easy after one had a change of mind. They escorted clients they took away the pressure of selling it was worth every penny, I would highley recommend using your high street store than any do it yourself on line.
I found Dixon's were keen to find a buyer, efficient, and responsive to my calls and request for explanations and information, and would be happy to use them again.
Matthew Patterson our mortgage advisor provided an exceptional service and went above and beyond his job description to help us when buying our first home. Not only did he make the mortgage side of things easy and straightforward, he also helped in the conveyancing process. Whilst everything was dragging out with the law firm and everything was at a standstill and we lost all hope, Matt came to our aid to ensure the progression of the sale. He gave us advice and helped chase for us when things weren't progressing. He provided an excellent service during these challenging times where I imagine he is inundated with queries due to the COVID-19 implications and we are extremely grateful for his help.
