I have been renting out my property with Dixon’s for a number of years now. The service that I have been receiving from all departments has been very good. So when I decided to sell, Dixon’s was the obvious estate agent choice. The very good service has continued. The staff on the sales team are very helpful and have been very proactive. From my initial contact to getting the property on the market was very swift and painless. They secured viewings almost immediately culminating my acceptance of an offer just 8 days from going on the market. I'm moving into rented accommodation which I found through Dixons Redditch. I rang the office and my call was answered straight away by a friendly and professional member of staff Amy. I was able to view the property the next day. I was met by Kate who is also friendly and professional. She answered any questions I asked and was back in touch that afternoon as promised. I was offered the property to rent which I accepted. Amy and Kate have been in touch all along, with any info I need to know, emails for tenancy agreements etc. Anything I need to ask I call them and they are always willing to help. Always being so kind, professional and helpful. I know I will in safe hands with Amy and Kate. Thank you both for your help and support.
