Fantastic service. Paid the excess on my insurance policy, received a call ten minutes later, new like for like phone in perfect condition hand delivered to me later that day. Friendly, efficient and great value for money. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Fast service however, didn't get a like for like replacement handset as it was a complete different colour. Once the replacement handset arrived, it was in a very used and poor condition. It looked like it was a previously very well used and neglected device. It was in that bad of a condition I had to take it to Samsung to have a new replacement lock button, new screen and new battery. This is not what you should have to do with a replacement phone provided by an insurance company.
