I was pointed to this company as I needed a broker to meet the bespoke needs of my company. I was told I would have some quotes the next day. This never happened, after three days I called and had no response despite being told I would receive a call back. It has now been 7 days and still nothing. It seems customer service is not a value for this company. Even a simple email acknowledgement would have been sufficient.

After 6 long months trying to buy a house, during the pandemic, today is finally the day. 1st time buyer with little or no idea what I am doing with regards to the process in general but particularly home insurance. Luckily there are people in this world like Dan Warman at SJL who know this stuff for us. Last day panic was all sorted by Dan, who has well and truly saved the day. Friendly and professional on the phone and obviously knows the market inside out. Gave me all the information I needed and took things step by step with me over the phone. I now have everything I need to make today run smoothly and stress-free. Would recommend SJL any day of the week for all your insurance requirements

I have been dealing with Darren Jeffries over the last couple of days. He has work hard to find me a company who would cover my home contents insurance. He was very professional throughout the whole process. It was no trouble for him to have to repeat certain parts of the details for me to understand. I would recommend Darren as an individual and SJL as a company if you are looking for stress free insurance.
