We called out these so called experts for work on a thatched roof which was leaking. David first of all arranged to attend 9.00 but turned up 4.45pm. No explanation provided. He then did not even look at the room and began telling me that the whole roof would need replacing, he quoted me thousands. My wife agreed and upon beginning the work which was going to take 1 week he did not turn up for another 3 weeks. Again no explanation provided. We decided to go to another company who quoted us a fraction of the price David then became aggressive and tried to intimidate me. Cow boy rip off merchants avoid !!!!! I would also like to add that having done some digging one of the reviews from Saiqah asghar is his wife

Absolute robbed me disgusting behaviour told me that my whole roof needed fixing when really it was just patch up job. David was aggressive and rude when confronted and this is by far the worst tradesman I have ever had the misfortune of coming in contact with. Absolutely disgusted. Charged thousands for a job which could have been done for a couple of hundred pounds and the job they completed was rubbish began to leak a week later Avoid like the plague

Arranged Weds @ 17.30 appointment earlier in the week to quote a roof job. We cancelled plans for the appointment & he was a no show. Contacted company Thurs morning & he had no recollection of the appointment. Rearranged same time Thurs pm & yet again a no show. Once again we changed our plans to accommodate the appointment. First impressions say alot of this company!!!

Dave and his team done a great job on my roof. They were friendly professional and completed the work to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Webster roofing. Thank you Dave and team.
