Flat roof failing after 4 years. Pointing in lots of places. EPDM cut too short and irregular so it doesn't clip into the trim so the rain goes between the cut edge of the EPDM and the trim. Structure around the velux not done properly so it's gradually sinking and plastering internally needs redoing annually. That was the job Carl was there for. I won't mention the conservatory roof that I had to strip off after a year as it was leaking badly.

Supposed to have 10 year guarantee but 3 years on Carl won't mend the very bad leak in the bedroom or sort the damp in the top floor. We've had a lot of problems. So cannot recommend at all.
